UK Shipping

 

Free 48-Hour Delivery:
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery. This service is included in the price of postage at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your order appears to be lost, we’ll investigate with Royal Mail using the tracking details, GPS co-ordinates, and their internal systems. Please allow reasonable time for Royal Mail to complete their investigation before a resolution is provided.

General Information

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 days for shipping as each order is handmade.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
